I know its tough but who do u reckon is/was one of the worst managers in U4?

jon sanderson without a doubt. we used to tell HIM how to do things!, i dont thinkl he even realises what a dim-wit he is, he just keeps on being cheesy and over enthusiaistic, but yet he is a total idiot

hannah thomas at u430, what an absolute useless bitch, when this was highlighed to PF what did he do? nothing.

Sando's a top bloke, he's one of the few people in Enterprise who will actually back up any of his employees to the point of putting his job on the line instead of just getting out of the company, and collegues, what he can for his own personal gain. His track record speaks for itself. Whoever made this comment either has no idea about running a business or has absolutely no idea about people management. In my opinion Sando is one of the best bm's in the group and there should be more people like him.

sando is the most stupid person i have met, he has no backbone, he would continually avoid any situations of confrontation leaviving his trainee's to do the dirty work. he cannot run the office for shit, and he is the grand master of fiddling the books, i worked for him for just a few months, but he proved himself to be an incompetent moron in every aspect of the business. he is so out of touch with reality.

his track record does speak volumes, sadly i dont think it says what you think it does.

He's got a sh*t load more backbone than you obviously realise, His only downfall and his biggest mistake is trusting people. guarantee he would've trusted you not to stab him in the back! .......He may well fiddle the books, and if he does it so blatantly and gets away with it without a displinary good luck to the bloke, it's the only way anyone is likely to earn money with this company. And this is coming from a slightly more informed point of view than "just a few months"!!!

If you really think you can earn money without fiddling the books and doing absolutely everything that the erac demands, then I really do think your the one that is out of touch with reality.

sandeson was the reason i left, i looked at him and thought if this is how its supposed to be- i dont want it. he is an idiot.

Every one has there own opinion, i think HT has learnt a lot since first becoming BM, without going into to much detail, her people skills have improved, and more importantly her branches ESQI has improved dramaticly.

With reference to PF, im not surprised he did not do anything after all it was his ultimate desision to promote her very early and it was PF and PDF who offered her incentives to stay, after she handed in her notice, early in Dec 2005, so she must be doing something right.

no- the only thing she is doing 'right' is to work in hull, no one else worth a bean would work / move there, and even when they did, we couldnt keep them in hull.
