Swalesy is one of the best ones still left there. He was my ARM for over a year and enjoys a laugh as well as putting effort in and helping the branches

if the whole company demonstrated as much honesty and integrity as Mark, and treated employees with his aproach of objective fairness erac would NOT have the problems it has now. He is without doubt the most honourable level 3 i have seen at erac. I suspect that his greatest charactoristics were also his downfall with PDF and JH when he was 'given' the loss control managers job. they clearly didnt like the fact that Mark would not follow the corrupt, unfair culture that they promoted. Not only this, but Mark is 100% professional, despite being treated badly by those clowns PDF and JH he would always remain professional, I would not have been man enough to do this, I would NOT have been able to contain my discontent, and for this, I truly salute Mark Swales. But, Sadly I feel that someone with his integrity is wasted on a piss poor excuse for a company as erac.
