What is so bad about PDF???

In my group I have seen a GM and city manager 'resigned' due to poor performance. If PDF is really this bad I cannot understnand how he has not been eliminated as well.

What are U4's numbers like? Are there any examples of anything PDF has done the is that bad?

this is like asking 'what have the nazi's done?', in short pdf is a talentless, uncharismatic individual, with a seemingly low level of general intelligence, he is a dishonest,unethical,corrupt two faced lying bully who has repeatedly made very very poor decisions since he has been in u4, this has resulted in the wholesale alienation of 99% of his staff. i am also truly staggered that this man is still in a job (any job). if you take some time and read any post relating to him, you will build a better picture of the acutal things he has done.

I think it would be easier to say what is right about PDF.

He must be ok how would he have made to gm then thats 5 promotions and he has been here 15 years, I could understand some assistant manager being no good but if he is so bad how would he have made it to gm ?

i know where you are coming from, this makes it even more extraordinary when you realise what a useless twat he is, you can only draw one conclusion really..and that is probably why u4 have been losing staff by the bucket load...

(if PDF is an 'example'...i will find a new rolemodel..usually outside of erac)

When PDF was in U3 he was well respected if not massively well liked.

He was seen to be the sharper of the 2 guys at the top ie.him and Gary Palmer who seemed to do all the talking while PDF did the work.

Until he got promoted there was only 1 city manager and when he left they replaced him with 2 which suggests he was held in some esteem by the powers that be.

Seems to lack the charm and charisma to be able to treat people like dirt and get away with it that a lot of senior management seem to have so gets a rougher ride on here than most.

Pdf Is The King.....
