Default promotion of mt

lets all join together and wish RM all the best with his promotion. I have heard that he has worked really hard and deserves to do well. Oh, if you did not know he is a u4 mt, whom has got a well deserved promotion to assistant manager.

with the current wholesale turnover of staff in u4, many many people now find themselves 'promoted' into roles they are ill equiped to deal with, there are several 'managers' (use the term loosely) who have been with erac for less than 18 months. long term this is going to be devastating to the business. the vast majority of experience has now left u4. the turn over will just continue to get worse as the individuals promoted will not be able to cope with the issues they will have to face on a daily basis.

lets hope the rumors are true, and PDF has actually been 'asked to consider his options' (read jump or be pushed).

It was over 2 years ago that I left and in admin I recall seeing many people in for bulk training sessions and seminars to try and sway them into the life of green.

Knowing how many people left before and after me for whatever reason I am not susprised some of these now run branches.

CC is one of the best managers in the group and has done at top job at 01 - experience isnt everything - look at CW before him, turned 2 branches around after been promoted to mgr just after a year.

'TURNED THEM ROUND'. This is just the sort of brainwashed mentallity I would expect from the mployee of such a failing Enterprise. If your idea of 'turning round' a businessis that after all that work, you are making £5 per car profit (which in the case of that branch means about £1000), then you are in cloud cuckoo land.

Work for a real business, and you would learn what real return of investment is, capital gearing, return on employees involved and the magic one, 'PROFIT'.

Until then, go back to washing cars, and earning your 'virtual Enterprise Masters Degree'.

Charlie never made OP, after 60+ hours of work and a lot of stress - although she's left the Enterprise now after the same again in U1 - after turning around (in circles at) 01, now a fly in the wind.

cw is another fine example of someone being promoted too quickly, she didnt turn around u411 (it was already performing thanks to SW) and she just managed to tread water at u401, i think her performance seemed better after the spanking the branch received under the 'management' of jon sanderson. what a prize tool.
