And here I believe is the heart of the problem in that there is a clear lack of communication and miscommunication from all at Admin level - mainly insulated and without an understanding of rental (include all level 3's here)- how do you expect them to do their jobs correctly?

the excess for employee's is daylight robbery- it sends out a clear message-if you damage a car-dont tell anyone.
they dont cut you any slack if you have been driving for 10 hours with no break..and are expected to answer your own phone at the drop of a hat.

prick, the point is this;- enterprise employee people, and a large amount of the employee's time is spent driving, often in a rush, being hounded by the assitant manager, already running late, having missed your lunch break, trying to navigate enterprises 'bargain basement' car park (car park in the broadest sense of the term) and so accidents DO happen, I have worked for several company's and enterprise's approach is the worst yet, being allowed 1 free accident,and then straight away being hit with a 300.00 excess for the next accident is shit, especially when you realise what erac deem to be an 'accident'. One of the most common causes of accidents at erac is due to the employee being tired, having no break to eat.

i know a u4 employee who was hit in the rear bumper and still charged the xs!! what a disgusting thing for a supposed big, professional (joke) company to do, they must really be stuggling if they need employees to pay 300 and then claim it back when its sorted with the insurance company.

the best thing is how you do not get any change if the repairs are less than £300 they take the piss so we take the piss back and keep our mouths shut
