Over 50% will say nothing I assure you. And here I believe is the heart of the problem in that there is a clear lack of communication and miscommunication from all at Admin level - mainly insulated and without an understanding of rental (include all level 3's here)- how do you expect them to do their jobs correctly?

Tell your employees then can claim £5back.

what a great company they are, WOW £5.00 back per month!!, they should list this amongst the 'benefits', you know, along side all of the legally enforced 'benefits' that erac like to spout about, what a bunch of arse!

Stop whinging and do something about it, if you crash a car let them take it out of your salary and then steal the cash box. History suggests it is a real tricky one for ERAC CID to prove!!!

the excess for employee's is daylight robbery- it sends out a clear message-if you damage a car-dont tell anyone.
they dont cut you any slack if you have been driving for 10 hours with no break..and are expected to answer your own phone at the drop of a hat.

One of the most common causes of accidents at erac is due to the employee being tired, having no break to eat.

what does everyone think?

do you have examples of what happend (particularly if you are in u4) and were you charged?
oh yes ,ask mc

i know a u4 employee who was hit in the rear bumper and still charged the xs!! what a disgusting thing for a supposed big, professional (joke) company to do, they must really be stuggling if they need employees to pay 300 and then claim it back when its sorted with the insurance company.
