I just wanted to post something in here after all that's been said in other threads to recognise some of the great people that the group have who are still working hard every day (although that of course doesn't include SB but does include all other members of u411!).

It is a great scheme to get some experience but beyond that please find time to look for other jobs out there, as with management you will only get to work more hours and put up with more heat asking you to fit in more stuff into the working day.

nice dig about sb- shes absolutley shite. one of the worse managers i have ever seen in u4, she really is total rubbish, in every sense of the word, not to mention the fact she puts it about to anyone who wants (or even doesnt really want some!)

SB Timeline:

(add in "slept with XXX" whenever you like)

1) Joined ERAC around Jan 04 under KJW at U401 (who is to blame for AC's tribunal claim)
2) Worked as Trainee under IO at U401 who did sod all, moved to VA and left.
3) Worked as Trainee under Phil at 01.
4) Promoted to AM at 01 Nov 04 having not even passed stage 2 of training file having NEVER made Elite Club.
5) Phil left the company and new manager was JS.
6) Screwed up 01, blamed JS and moved to 51 in July 05 under BG (who was to blame for AL tribunal claim)
7) BG left/kicked out.
8) Promoted to 11 Oct 05ish despite doing nothing at 51, and because there was no one else to promote (don't think had passed training file yet).
9) Has done nothing at 11.

So she has worked for 3 managers who all resigned, 2 managers who are responsible for ERAC going to tribunal, promoted twice having 'significantly underachieved on the training file', slept with a host full of colleagues, cried a million times at work because it has 'got too tough' and she has zero people skills.

Well done ERAC. Another fine piece of recruitment and 'promoting on merit'!

great post! this highlights the utter stupidity displayed by PDF and his senior management team, when will these people learn?
