I left U4 2 years ago, used to be the LCAM working alongside JH and DP. Basically the thing that did it for me were broken promises and PDF. When CA left things went downhill very quickly. PDF just sits in his office playing on RALPH!!
I thought leaving would be really difficult but now I am earning more money than I ever have, work 35 hrs maximum a week and actually see my family. ERAC squeeze the life out of you whilst promising the earth........don't fall for the trick.

unfortunately the sites success has led to the sights main problem. i am here and i will be on this sight to take all you muppets out. what you all don't realise as that erac has changed and their is a new bread of erac. a group of people who look at this sight and laugh at you fucking loosers and love to talk about this sights. it inspires us all we know that we are working for a worthwhile company when large volumes of ex-employees want to talk about the company and ask about what is going on.
