he was an accident waiting to happen, im surprised he lasted this long! we used to call him "dangerous", for reasons which im sure will one day become apparent.

That is absolute rubbish. It was 2 years previous to Jaime leaving that she got caught sciving. And PF fought hard to get her to stay. They made her work her notice and hounded her day in day out to change her mind. She was good and proved herself by coming back into rental and not at a easy branch!

Yeah they tryed to fire him after the incident at the 2003 summer party but they f**ked up his disappinery. In a nutshell he got away with it on a technicality!

the point is ;- when erac put someone through what they put Jaime through, you lose them! whether you lose them this week, this month, or next year, you will lose them ...the company revealed itself to Jaime as being the inconsitent,dishonest,unfair crappy excuse for a company that it is, not only did jaime realise this, but most other people who knew her realised this. jaimes case is just ONE in a large number of examples of erac in u4 treating people very badly, even if you are not on the sharp end of this treatment, you know it exists, and you know that you may well be the victim of it one day, this in essence is why people dont trust ERAC u4, and are not loyal to them (ie-they leave in droves) until PDF gets this through his thick head, U4's problems will only get worse.
