erac's burnout rate is getting shorter....
people are leaving a lot sooner than they used to because of all those around them that they see being dumped on. Add in a couple of level 3's and several level 2's leaving U4 and they either think about leaving themselves or see it as an opportunity to arse lick their way to a premature promotion
