erac's burnout rate is getting shorter....
people are leaving a lot sooner than they used to because of all those around them that they see being dumped on. Add in a couple of level 3's and several level 2's leaving U4 and they either think about leaving themselves or see it as an opportunity to arse lick their way to a premature promotion

those that usually see it as an 'opportunity' tend to be blinded by the bright green light because their ARM usually says they are his /her 'little star' and when that is turned to the next 'star' and the light fades slowly and they start to see the darkness around the edges

Jaime H didn't get pushed out. ERAC tried to discipline her and failed because none of the HR function have had any formal training and are therefore incompetent. Jaime left for a higher salary (Deja Vu!!) as most of us have done. She now manages Adecco in Doncaster (home of U425, U426, and a c*nt of a car prep who looks like he has TB) and I recommend giving her a call..

Do you mean that snivelling cockney weasel who makes everybody's life a misery by acting like a 10 year old, and having a paddy at every opportunity? UK99 are getting sick of him calling too.

Is Kitto still there...I'm surprised someone hasn't drowned him in TFR. He drinks it you know...explains his healthy complexion.

The manager at U426 is a 2 faced racist. Remember how Mo was treated??

From what I've seen he treets Mo pretty well considering how much time he has off. Andy can be childish but he is a good guy.

According to 'Pierre' we are to be disciplined for using this system. Watch out MJ!

pppppete fff fffrost has been having 'quiet' words in peoples ears about this site..i think he fears that people will realise the truth if they read it on here. - WRONG! they already know the truth pppeete, all you do by trying to hush it up is to affirm your employee's beleifs. if the company truly treated its employees and customers the way the mission statement intends, this site wouldnt exist.

can you guess the moral to the story pppete ?

have a clue.. treat your employees honestly, fairly and ethically.
