hr were conspicious in their absence!! sounds like JH clearly had more than a 'notetaking' role in this.
and even if hr were there, they are unlikley to do anything given the fact they know fuck all about hr, other than bits and pieces they have picked up on the job, this whole situation with hr is incredible. how can a company the size of erac not see the value in those who are qualified in hr???

I hear Houghton claims HR were all unavaillable - and despite the fact the the hearing was rearranged by ERAC, they were all unavailable again and only he was free - what a liar!!!

Pdf will not be able to say they "were completely exhonerated" of this one - said whilst referencing Alex's tribunal at Anna's (I think I see some pattern here).
