How can you back this bold statement. Has the group made OP since he has been with us? Has he had a positive impact on any part of our business? There isnt one positive you can make, just a whole bunch of negative examples.

arch has brought a whole lotta trouble.

All this guy has managed to do so far is fill our inbox's with email's about useless shit. Now Pdf's gone he might actually have to do some work, instead of just sitting behind his desk, whilst others earn his money for him.

This guys only ever been in my branch once since he's been here, and that was on his introductory tour of the group, some leader!!!
