"what you fail to realise is that Anna was dismissed for being dishonest" - this has been covered in countless posts, everyone who attended the tribunal soon realised this was not the case - you are right though, to some degree, as that was the official enterprise charge and could not (as was proven at tribunal) be backed up with fact.
"How can you be proud of someone who doctored time sheets" - I'm proud of Anna for many things and right at the top of it would be staying the course unlike others who were paid to keep quiet. In terms of 'doctring' - this word implies changing - what you find is that she actually filled in peoples timesheets for them on a saturday as they hadn't done it themselves [this was corrected the following week by HR]
"used other branches fuel cards" - crazy again she never used it! (as she was running the office) and enterprise wouldn't produce any receits
"fudged her internal sales figures" - this event actually happened before all the others right at the start of her enterprise career and was delt with as a training exercise by conversation only - Did you ever make any mistakes as a three month trainee?
"put cars on other peoples books at weekends to run tight" - put one, yes 1, car on Staplefords books to punish them as they deserved to carry it!
Understanding (and I mean really 'understanding' as you obviously don't) the above wouldn't you be "shocked" - I was as were the tribunal.
Following that Anna didn't deserve to be sacked because of this why would she be sacked? (a question clearly causing KJW much distress on the stand)
Especially when many male comparitors clealy got off with a lot more and their sexual perversions overlooked by senior management.
