Erac lied and twisted so much more but turned to pdf, jh and kjw to supply evidence. A very serious mistake to rely on the words coming out of their inept mouths!

If she did all this, why did ERAC not raise it at Tribunal?
Since they spent so much money on City solicitors and barristers, you think they might have thought about raising these issues?
In the tribunal, it did not mention any of this.

The accepted and illlegal practice by ERAC to ask staff to take somebody else's speeding penalty points and fine.

Why people who were not present at the tribunal, have not heard the evidence or have not read the judgment feel the need to come on here and slag Anna off amazes me. Anna has been found totally innocent and Enterprise totally guilty by the tribunal. There is no passage where they say Anna has actually done any of the offences she was charged with and that it was just down to procedural error at all. Anything Enterprise tried to brand as dishonesty was found to be totally unfounded and at very worst 'minor errors'.

The tribunal panel are experienced legal professionals, not some crappy unqualified HR department or someone who has been promoted at Enterprise to a senior level beacuse they can sell and market well. The panel give full, well reasoned judgments based on the fact of the situation - this tribunal wasnt some 10 minute argument in the pub with a judgment made on the toss of a coin. as some of ERACs judgments seem to be based.

The tribunal panel are the people appointed to make these decisions and have done so based on an immense amount of evidence from both sides over 11 days and 900 pages - how some people think they can make a better judgement that Anna was in the wrong based on some loose rumours and a couple of press clippings is beyond belief!! The FACTS are there for all who actually wish to look, to see for themselves.
