Default Recruiting for General Manager abroad

I used to work for Enterprise, now I live abroad, and work in recruitment. I am recruiting for an international car rental company. They are looking for someone currently working as a group general manager ideally, but experienced area manager could be fine, to drive the business forward. Package wise we are looking at around 5,000 pounds a month take home, but can be negotiated higher.

So when this requirement came through, I thought I should post here, as maybe someone at Enterprise is looking for a new opportunity. This is the company I work for now. www.tmsrecruitment.com and you can email your CV in confidence to jennifer@tmsrecruitment.com

Also if anyone knows me, I worked at U406 and U430, send me a mail, be good to catch up.

Why would any area managers and above want to leave? They are all earning 6 figures and working for the greatest company in the world.

I am of course being sarcastic.

group u4 made approx £160 per car net profit last month off approx 2800 cars. the genral manager of u4 is on 10% commision = £44800 commision in one month. Makes you £5k sound really unattractive doesnt it.

Last I checked there are quite a few steps between an Area Manager and GM.
What happened to City Manager, Regional Rental Manager, Group Rental Manager RVP, etc??????

'dude' wheres my country? erm, i mean your income, buy a fucking calculator and work out the AVERAGE of what people earn accross the year and you will see that the truth is, for 60 hour weeks, it really is piss poor.

the trouble (well one of many) with erac is that they concerntrate on the good months and ignore the majority of poor months when selling the dream to naive fools such as yourself.

That's some good commission, you can't argue with that, but what will he have to 'give back' in the future...there will be many months going forward where he will only take home his base when the Group is in the toilet again. It's all cyclical so you need to pro-rata this over the period of his employment.
