Corporate has had a mystery shopper hitting a couple of our branches everyday for the last few months. So far, our group has met with mixed results. What really concerns me is that despite the intense focus we have place on fleet growth especially through the PDM process, knowing that we have sizeable challenges driving on rents particularly over the weekends, and given information from Orlando about the importance of promoting the free pickup service every time as part of our brand we still seem to be missing opportunities.



History has taught us how quickly we can turn performance in a particular area if we just put some attention on it. Furthermore, we know how motivated our people are by the prospect of making quick cash. That being said, for as long as the Mystery Shopper is still out there I am offering all of you the easiest £25 you’ve ever made. Below is the criteria we are looking for. Anyone who can perform at 100% on this scorecard, whether it be with The Mystery Shopper or perhaps myself and my helpers, wins the money.
