It's that time of year again folks, the time of year when all BM's start getting fucked over so much with the work load and shit pay that they pack it in one by one. Fuck wanks from UK99 come up to try and sort things out but wont let the group hire back the fucking drivers that have been lost due to this fucking shit 'up their arse' US 'ageist' ERAC policy. What a load of bollocks. Who can blame them, the BM's work all the hours under the sun, get all the fucking stick when things go wrong. Its almost the same as getting bum raped by a pigeon. Don't worry though, 'new hire' unsuspecting graduates are just around the corner. I think U5 should stage a massive walk out. Come on guys, I mean just fucking look at the fucking job ads. You could make 3k more a year fucking a bald man with a small penis if you tried. P.S. I love failing Enterprise!!!

LOL It's quite ironic that I know at least three people who have walked from Bristol since this message was posted! And... I'm also looking for a new job :0 What's Cardiff like? Don't know whether to venture over the bridge :)

If u count correctly 4 ppl have left the bristol area and 5 have left u53 if u count u505, anyway its quite funny how it always happens around this time, its quite clever of enterprise, as one member of upper management said to me, we're always short of staff around this time of year, if thats true why do we send the managers away at this time leavin the branches even shorter on ppl, the fact is we are always short staffed, if the bristol branches had 2 ppl more/branch they would all OP, but this does'nt seem to make sense to our GM/CM guys, it makes perfect business sense, the problem is they dont have the balls to stand up to thier bosses just be bold guys and make these decisions the area would work, make sure its soon cos otherwise u will be losing 2 very good managers and possibly 3, and its not even a joke i know this as a matter of fact BE CAREFUL PETER and for the area manager dont be a lamb and do something about it before u see more ppl leave, i was told i'd be runnin my own business, they forgot to mention that i'd be running it with someone else's rules and would be dictated to when it came to staffin issues, by now all the ppl who know me woul've recognised who i am but i dont care anymore really i've quit

Good for you! There is too much control from corporate when they should give the manager themselves the chance to prove that they can run the business. And, going back to the point mentioned in the previous post, the ERAC speel does say you will be running your 'own' business and thats what sold me and most MT's out there to the job. We all eventually find out that its just the same as working in any retail management position only you get paid less but you are made to think it's worth more because you have a fucking folder! Then there are a few extra sugar sweetners added here and there to tempt you to stay when you find out that it was all a load of bollocks. Don't expect people to stay when you advertise a bundle of lies for a simple management position.

the time has come, now we'll see how many of those orlandans decide to part company with enterprise, 2 have told me already they'd hand thier notices in this week, i'm sure there will be more, time for the assistants to step up and work 65+ hour weeks on less than minimum wage cos there wont be any bonuses what a debacle. good luck guys
