there an area manager in u6 who has the following record

**no trainees passing their grill in 8 months
**17 members of staff leaving in 8 months (many sighting him personally in their exit interview)
**losing the groups most important account because he was over agressve
**micro managng every branch (forcing all his managers out)
**being south african
**losing the rest of his staff in the next few months

if left now so i can say this..........never have i seen a worse man, not just a manager but a man

bring back simon naylor, bring back people wth morals.......

Lombardozzi used to work us in u3 - he was a total prick then too. We were lucky to get rid of him. He got BM job by threatening to hand in his notice, then he did it again in the GM didnt let him go for the u6 area job.
