JH is a liar, who forces his area managers to carry out his bad /illegal decisions (and therfore take all the flack) because he is a dishonest little coward with the morals and integrity of a sewer rat. good point about him not spending any time with his kids, some might see this as a negative, but if you knew what this bloke was like you would just feel releif for his children. He clearly has issues which he deals with be being a liar,a bully,a tyrant, he is only in the position he is in now beacuse he started in the UK 8 years ago, if he were to come through the system now he would fail.

I had the old please stay routine when I resigned from U4, ended up with PDF telling me how much i will earn in the next 12 months etc etc.

When I still wanted to leave he told me to call him if I wanted my job back, I nearly pissed myself there and then!
