Stress from the guy who sends e-mails at 3 in the morning and will probably be sending e-mails about ESQI whilst his kids are sat opening their Xmas presents??? Probably worried he is gonna get fired after the tribunal in U4 - think its next week. Isn't he up on sexual discrimination and unfair dismissal charges? Hope he does get fired, the guy is a prime example of what is wrong with ERAC.

It will be interesting to see what happens if ERAC lose the case, as expected. Will he be disciplined? If so, how? Will it be a warning, or Gross Misconduct? If he goes, will he claim unfair dismissal, and point out all the others guitly of the same? Will ERAC sweep it under the carpet?

It will probably be ignored as policies are only implemented by ERAC if it suits them. Maybe thats what has causes his "stress" tho!

Apparently the verdict is out his week. I wish no harm to anyone, but if I am being honest with myself, and Horton also is, he will probably get sacked along with PDF. They probably deserve it!!
