This is hilarious. ERAC really is another world isn't it?! It's great to see these little excerpts of life behind the green curtain now I've discovered the joys of the outside world...keep em coming!

Nice work matthew, hope your promotion works out for you.....
The thing is he probably thought "This will impress the bosses. I'm showing I'm really keen. Lookatmelookatmelookatme."

Everyone in the group when they read this must have had a "D'oh" moment...

"I can however vouch that this customer has been spoken to at 15:28 by numerous members of staff- please sort this audit out!!!"

Slightly confused as to why numerous members of staff spoke to the customer at 1528.

Are Erac now conference calling unsuspecting customers when calling to arrange pickups or was it some kind of orgyesque, tag team scenario?

The mind boggles

Be fair - it did give everyone a good laugh. Fully imagine he got area/city managers etc straight on the phone. the reply to all was absolute genius though. Second place award has to go to that guy who sent out an email a few weeks ago to half the country trying to sell his car. As someone is our group put it "have we just turned into ebay or something???"

It appears the call centre got their revenge on Matt Ellis today when they nailed him with a 2 hour RBS audit.
I make that Matt 1 - Call Centre 1.
Which is a bit better than England v Uruguay!
