Fuck me. Is this the same Matt Ellis that worked there a few years back? Damn, this boy is so good he's only an AM. Or is it another ERAC spin by saying that loyalty gets rewarded....

But then again, what a tosser.

I can confirm that the new Matthew Ellis is not the same one from 2006 - he has left the company works hours that suit (no weekends) 9-5 with actual real life lunch breaks, a decent career path and almost 2-3x the amount of money he was on as an AM (depending on the hrs done in a week), travels, gaining qualifications, doesnt deal with jumped up Area Managers who are pissed off because they have realsied they have no life and are working towards nothing attainable-only broken promises.

When people ask what he does he has no problem telling them rather than avoiding the question and having to disclose who he works for - which was very embarrassing, especially when you explain what ERAC expects and gives as reward (loose term).

Wake up MT's, AM's, if your at Erac already use them for a year or so, become an AM and pass the so called graduate scheme (washing cars and worrying about the hours your staff are doing and the danger you put them in) then move on to bigger and better things.

You can call people that have left erac many things such as lucky, better off, fortunate, aspiring, inspiring, free and above all happy. but calling them tosser, fuckwit, arsehole, idiot etc etc is only a sign that you are jealous that they have left as you will still be eating the same old shit that is served up day to day by your superiors (loose term) and believe them when they call it development.

Good luck
