I left ERAC last year after working too many bloody hours. I was fortunate enough to find a better job with less hassle and more money straight away. I noticed that as soon as i left most of U7 snubbed me. Once you break that link, you are an outcast! Brilliant!! Its funny because everything they preach is b$**£%s. One poor lad went through the "interview" process for MA to find out he didnt get the job as it had gone to that branch managers "mrs". Obviously realtionships within branch are strictly forbidden but i guess she interviewed well on the day.

I still hear of stuff that goes on and it makes me cringe. Most people claim to hate working for ERAC but stick with it as its an easy way to impress the parents. Make manager within 18 months then go and help run the family business. That way you will know how to lie, cheat and ruin all your parents hard work straight away with the ruthless attitude you picked up alomg the way. But remember, do it with a smile!

U7 really is one of the worst groups in the world and it makes me laugh hearing the new raw recruits thinking thay can make a difference - bless them!
