Drew was a nice guy, but got sacked as well. All because he worked in a branch that was located in a really shit area. Because it got broken into twice in a week. He was fired, what do enterprise expect when they put over half a million pounds worth of cars (obviously just the keys) in a £60 floor safe.

Idiots

Who was the inept emotional area manager? Karen Norman I'm guessing. God she was an apalling manager. The big green 'E' need to run some people management courses. Unlikely to ever happen though as they'd rather run lie cheat and steal courses. No need for time management courses either though. You live your life there, end of story.

u4 were all laughing when he went to u7, shame he didnt take his twat of a mentor Pete 'moron' defrank.
I used to work under this guy in U4, a few years ago now. He used to always spout on about how great he was, how much money he earned, how expensive his new coffee machine was....yarn yarn boring boring.

I now earn twice what I did working for people like this, for a completely honest company, with good values, lower working hours, and happy staff. This man is an advert and testament to everything that is wrong with ERAC. They have a good lot of people, but the way they treat them, all they do is give them 2/3 years training to be a better employee for another company.

Very clever.

Oh, and John, you should be ashamed of yourself. If only your family knew what you were like for 9 hours a day!

Dear Ihateu7 - I've either misunderstood your post, or you misunderstood your job description. How can a financial controller control your bad debts when he doesn't collect them - you were supposed to collect them. No wonder they were bad.

When you go overdrawn, do you storm into your bank and demand to know why your bank manager has done such a bad job of managing your money? Or at the scene of the accident, do you call your insurance company and complain that their failure to adequately manage your driving was the obvious cause of the crash.

I guess if you do go overdrawn, you could always blame your financially astute car prep.......
