Default aspire to this?

Well now i am out as well and not before time. In the UK ERAC is a bit of a joke really, especially the East of England group (u7).
Work hard and make big dollar not here, the GM just made 15000 stirling commission (about 25000 dollars), sorry didnt add that that is negative commission want a piece of that pie, no thanks.

I worked for over 14 months grilled passed etc and made decent money (employee referals equals big bucks) but have to be honest the hours were crap and the situation was frustrating, never being honest to customers. I feel bad for my friends I recruited but they are bailing out as well now, we all found better jobs easily. I must say that most of the people in the company are pretty cool (mts) as we are all in the same situation you want out but when do you have time to look for another job after working a 75 hr week.

But spoke to a friend who is still with the big green e and my old branch left the keys in three ncs last night and guess where they were the next morning..................like i said guess cos nobody else knows!! Had to have a laugh at this bad for the manager I know but since he told me I wasnt cut out for it i dont really give a sh1t any more.

Nice work admin, any more U7 guys about?

Default Aspire?

Dan,
Maybe if employees did not steal fuel with company cards profit might improve? Be sure to share that little fact with your NEXT employer.

Default U7 Mishaps

Interesting. I used to work for the manager at the branch that had the keys stolen. He was a great manager and spent time looking after his employees and most people respected him as he would take their sides and go to bat for them against upper management if necessary. If I am correct in guessing who you are, then indeed you were not cut out for it.

Still, it is rather funny that the manager who had the ncs dissappear got moved branches. What did U7 do to the Assistant Manager who was the one that left the keys in the cars and was in charge that day.....well, he is now the manager of that branch!!!!

Thank you to whoever said kilby 4 ever. Nice to know some people remember this little fella, fame at last - I have made it onto the failing erac website! Still, life post Erac is good. In New Zealand they have this strange idea about working to live as opposed to living to work. I'm still adjusting to the relaxed atmosphere and having a social life, but I'll get there. Not being treated poorly and having to put up with an inept, emotional area manager have their benefits too.

Shit never changes the same thing happend in U3 a couple of years ago.

An exelent manager got sacked because the safe was broken and the assistant put the keys in a draw instead of taking them home. The branch got broken into and TEN cars got nicked. The manager was sacked and the assistant got moved and promoted a month later.
