Anyone know what he is like? Have heard he is a bit of a waste of space!

A bit, he is a total waste of space. The guy is a class clown and completely useless at everything. No wonder Marshall Panelcraft went under while he was the in-house rep. The worst mistake U1 made was making him an MA, now he will destroy U7 - Pengilly was the clear choice of ARM by miles. My new trainee i knows more about running a successful branch than he does, but then when you see Adam Lovecock being promoted you know there is no hope for the real leaders and business managers of Enterprise.

Pengilly is a hero, are you having a laugh. He's one of the biggest crooks out there. He's in a branch where you can't fail to do well, Epsom pretty much makes money without having to do a thing. Also how can someone with such a dodgy haircut get promoted, it has to be the worst in Enterprise.

Lovelock is a good lad, just a bit misunderstood.

Joiner has only been in management for about half an hour, and that was at a branch with only 100 cars- good luck!!!

No wonder all of his branch managers left within a few weeks of him starting and then he poached U1's managers with promises of over inflated salaries!! The only thing Joiner is good at is getting pissed on a Friday night and turning up to work on Saturday morning pissed!!!
