well YOU work here and post on here, so doesnt that make you just as 'sad'? has it ever occured to you that the reason people log on here is to read other peoples views on what an awful company this is? if it wasnt, would it really have its own employees posting on a public website. personally i wouldnt bad mouth the company i work for on here. its not exactly disneyland (and i doubt anyone on here claims any company they have worked for after erac is completely amazing and without faults) but at least I respect my management as they have earned their jobs through a bit more than selling gullible old saga ladies CDW. oh, and they uphold the values in their mission statement, unlike erac.

Secondly - no, people do not log onto here to see the views of others on what a dreadful company it is, they log on to spread gossip and instigate the unnecessary character assasination of other people who are simply going to work to do a job.

There is always someone who comments on spelling and grammar. Shows a sign that they don't have an argument so they divert the attention. If people do get slated it's for a reason!
