| Ok so lets get this straight. A person works in a branch that is understaffed and struggling to cope because the company does not possess enough resources (i.e cars) to fill the reservations - and yet still says 'Yes' to every deal - even though there is no chance of getting the car in time (then the usual Car broke down/Car didnt return/ bullshit excuses to delay the customer). They work 55+ hours a week, do everything in their power to appease the customers, run the day efficiently and effectively, and have completed their training file and grill - having been a great ambasador for the company to its customers.... YET Because the branch ESQI is not high enough they are NOT allowed to apply for Assistant Manager/Manager Jobs? ESQI is only partly determined by the branch staff - if you dont have the resources (staff and cars) to do your job then esqi will always be shit. Also for MT's who spend their life driving.... what can they do to improve ESQI if the people in the office are useless fuckwits? Its just another mechanism to stop people progressing on THEIR own merit. THEY SYSTEM IS TOTAL CRAP. MUCH LIKE THE COMPANY. If Stephen Hawkins worked for many of the U8 branches he would be uneligable for promotion because the branches failure would directly reflect on him. WHAT BOLLOCKS. This is going to cost Enterprise some very good employees in the very near future |
