Yep you're right all us admin monkeys danced the night away. We actually have something to celebrate! Yeah we may get a crap wage but at least we only work 37 hours a week, can surf the net and dont have to work Saturdays. I'd rather be an admin monkey thanks!

yeah admin have it better, but wouldnt you rather have all that WITH a decent wage. its embarrassing that a company this big still pays such awful salaries!

I think you'll find that some admin staff do get all that with a decent wage. A lot of them are on more than all the MT's, MA's and more than some AssistM's (basice anyway) and the bonus they get tops it up to a decentish salary. Better than getting bummed by the GM, CM, AM, and anyone else that chirps in when the branches are in the shit. Branch staff can keep their extra money, you earn it for all the shit you get from customers and upper management.
