actually when i worked in U8 i found Rich C to be fairly sound.. not his fault that the company was always 500 cars short, while taking every deal for cars/vans we didnt have - then having to force branches to move cars about even when they were short of staff/cars themselves... knowing that if would end up with another 8pm/9pm finish for all involved.. no wonder people dont like him.. but its not excactly his fault is it. impossible job

Can you really see yourself doing much better? infact do you even aspire to such a position? if not.... then you may aswell quit.
