you got a lotta blood on your hands to try to point fingers.
at least the iraqi's killed were able to defend themselves, unlike the unarmed jews and gypises your forefathers butchered.
what role did your relations play in ww2? did they actively participate in the genocide, or sit back and watch like the majority of civilians did?
and for not knowing much outside my comfort zone, i sure know a lot about your history.
their has been many great german leaders, too bad the country has capitualted to socialism and pussyism.
sad, frederick the great and bismark turn in the graves daily
Oh man you don't know nothing about the history of my country. Bismarck (written with "ck" at the end!) and Friedrich der Große - they are the people you admire! Respect, dude. You are well informed about my country and of course the ww2. How did you get that information? Is there a litte german history-book in your highschool locker between your redneck-songs and PS2 Games? I'll bet you. Or is it just typing the words "german history conservative" in google? How old are you texas hero?

Here is a little history-lesson for you, american Idiot. You can belive that or not, that's your decision.

My grandma was 14 and she lived in 45 in Eeast-Prussia when the Russians came closer. Her Family decided to take refuge. But ist was to late and the russian soldiers catch them up. They seperate my grandma from the rest of her family. She was arrested by the russians 14 (!) days alone in their military camp. I don't know how many times the russians raped her. Maybe you can imagine. She never told anything about her time in the camp. But this experience had a huge impact on the rest of her life. The first time I heard from this story was last year when she died. My father told me the story and I was asking: Why did she never tell that? He said to me: Because it was a big shame for her and her family!!!

My Grandpa mother side served his military time in the SS. He was a crew member of a Tiger Tank. They were on of the last fighting soldiers in april 45. They were hunted from a US-Sherman platoon in the mountains of my hometown. My grandpas crew hit 4 of 5 Shermans and destroyed them. At leat they got a chain-hit and were unable to move. The US-Soldiers called them to get out of the tank an to surrender. They did as ordered and crawled out of the burnig tank. Then the US-Soldiers shot everyone with a bullet in his head. He was 21 when he died.

O yes, that was terrible what happend to the jews and other victims of the nazis. We will never forget that. But I can tell you, we paid the price for that an we still do. Therefor it is necessary to stop people like you and your attitude. We as Germans know what "war" means. We learned our lesson well. That's also why we said "NO" to the Iraqi-Adventure.

I can't understand why you and the majority of the american population can be so blind.

Looks the world safer now? Because your intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan? Will it be safer if your troops attack the Iran?

NO. Did you get the point? NO, far from it!

Throwing bombs is NOT the ultimate unique solution.

Sometimes I wake up at night to look in my daughters bedroom if she's still breathing. Can you imagine what I feel, when I watch TV and see the blasted MADRID Trains or the burning London underground? And then I introduce myself, that someday a policemen could came in and tell me and my wife that my daughter was killed by a fanatic muslim attack in her school bus!!?

And then you ask me what is cause and effect. I'll tell you.
The 9/11 attacks were terrible but it has a cause. The ignorance of the 1st world against the 3rd world. And the twin towers just were a symbol for all that inequity people feel in the 3rd world. Therefor we need to change our thinking and of course our economic behavior. That's the key to success.

There was a time I had a Union Jack hanging over my bed, when I was 15. Everything for me was cool regarding the United States. I was impressed about your democracy and your wonderful spirit of freedom.

But now, where is it gone? How can you vote for that Bush-Clan? How can you believe them? Please, be aware of your responsibility. You are a powerful nation. Yes you are. But your political interaction today looks more like a freakshow. That's quite dangerous and that's why I call you an american idiot.

And for all people who are asking themselves: What the hell are they talking about? It's an ERAC-thread, isn't it?

Oh yes it is. Sorry, but sometimes you need to stop stupid people with stupid opinions.

Greetz.

lol, euros and the generalizations
only been to texas once, don't have a locker or ps2
just like i stereotype you and your contrymen as socialists pussies, you do the same with terms like "redneck" etc
i bet you couldn't even find texas on the map...and i bet you'll say americans are stupid for not being able to locate belgium or the danube.
lol how did you pay the price? how can you ever pay the price for millions upon millions of jewish death? i feel very little pity for your families suffering, considering what your people inflicted and started.
forever you have a great shame on your culture...blaming bush will not cover up your murderous deeds, as much as you hope it will.
while you and your ilk are blaming the usa for muslim extremity, and while you hold rallies denouncing the usa, we are busy shoring up our defenses, taking out potential enemies...you are busy appeasing them with social benefits and apologies.
truely disgraceful
"Sorry, but sometimes you need to stop stupid people with stupid opnions."
i find this quote of yours quite ironic...i bet himmler and goebbels would have agreed with you.

anytime you wanna stop the name calling and insults and have a honest debate, lemme know. untill then i will continue to own you with logic, fact and history.
have a good day comrade

To be fair, most Germans I have met are incredibly ashamed of the actions of the Third Reich. In fact it goes to show how a dictatorship can damage a nation.

The general perception of Americans is that they are 'yee-hah's' who support the Iraqi conflict but this itself is untrue. Many Yanks - inlcuding Senators - are tired of Dictator - sorry - President Bush.

As for genocide though - how much help did New Orleans get? Has the restoration of this city been completed? No.

People in glass houses...

lmao @ comparing a natural disaster to genocide
not the same thing bro, not sure what they are teaching you over there in
england...millions upon millions of taxpayer money has gone to NO to help rebuild it. as well, millions of private donations have come in...my parents personally have gone down for a 3 month volunteer stretch to help the populace out. please, if you have been there and know the history of the region then be all means speak your opinion...but if you have not, and only recieve your news via socialist leftist media, then your comments are worthless.
how is a elected leader a dictator?
unlike euros, america has never had a dictator...the majority of your history has been dictator oreinted, what was that about glass houses?
and these senators that you speak of, just a few short yrs ago voted in favor of war with iraq. do you think their "flipping" sides might have to do with politics ??

btw, an iranian military general was recently captured in iraq.
scarey shit bro

Good point, they've been bowing down to a inbred monarchy for centuries

AAH! You are making me so mad! Just like my German colleague above already said: We paid our price for what happened 60 years ago! The massacre done by some evil called H. cannot and will not be forgotten.

But we now need to deal with it and we do! And that's where the difference is: A lot of Americans do not deal with what is even going with their country now! How can you explain to me that war is the answer?

So in WW2 6 million (and even more) innocent people died - but what about Afghanistan and Irak? How about those innocent people?

And before you speak about Germany and its bad past: How about your own? What about the Indians? What about Vietnam? What about Nagasaki? What about Hiroshima?

But even worse: Think about your present and future!

I think what makes us Germans so mad about Americans like you is that some Americans know almost nothing about Germany but pride themselves with "so much" knowledge about Germany's history to then reproach us for it. Wake up! We are not responsible for what happened 60 years ago! But we will never forget!

Let the one without sin be the first to cast a stone! (John)
