Default Class Action Lawsuit - Los Angeles

About one month ago, I got a letter from some law firm called Rust Consulting, inc. It said that past and present employees would receive 8 bucks for every week that they worked. I used to work for erac several years ago (3 weeks total) so I would receive $24. My question is that is this legit? It says that the due date is March 3, 2008.

I did a google search and found nothing. Woodruff v. Enterprise Rent-a-car company, case No. BC 354272.

Yes, it is legit. I'm getting a little over 100 dollars for the 3 months that I worked. Sign the paper, mail it and get some free change in your pocket from Enterprise.

Yes it's legit, and it only costs you a stamp. so for 41 cents you get $24 dollars back.
Or don't do it, I don't care, if you don't the rest of the settlement is dispersed to those who responded, which means more money for me. Thanks

Just talked with Kevin O Brien out of Alabama--He has set in motion a class action lawsuit regarding timecards, overtime and underpaid employees. Only caveat is that the statute of limitations is 2 years...so any of you CURRENT and FORMER employees less than 2 years removed should contact him at 757-438-9752....let him know you saw this post on Failing Enterprise........

I heard they were supposed to come in July. But I have not heard anything on the issue.

You can call 1-866-590-8534 for information.

I called last week and they finally received the final ruling/approval and are currently processing how much everyone's checks are and now the ETA is beginning of August. I mean really, did you expect Enterprise to pay a bill on time or just be on time in general?? "Oh yeah, we'll be there in 5 minutes" aka "See ya in 20."
