Default Class Action Suits

I am a past employee, and today I ran into another fellow ex-ERAC employee and he mentioned being paid this past January for a managers Class Action Law Suit. Does anyone else know about this? If so, could you please let me know how I find out about getting in on it?

Thank!!

Just by the sound of this reply you know this person still works for ERAC. Egotistical and abusive. If there is a lawsuit let us know I have quite a bit of information to add to it.

There was a major class action that affected at least SoCal (Grp 32) and I think NoCal as well. It was for Asst. Mgrs who were not taking lunch breaks because... well.... they couldn't. They got a payment according to how long they had been an asst. It has something to do with how Cali classifies exempt vs. non-exempt employees.

Sounds about right to me. I worked through lunch too many damn times.

I joined in on the New York Region class action suit a few years back.
