I met with this attorney yesterday for a couple of hours. I saw the document that he has filed in court. He in turn received a letter from ERAC to withdraw the petition because Group 55 is Enterprise Leasing Company and has no affiliation with Enterprise Rent A Car in St Louis. Yeah right! He is still looking for more current or former Assistant Managers who would like to get paid for all the overtime we worked and didn't get paid. Send me a message if you would like some more information. He made a lot of sense because did we really get a college degree to wash cars and write tickets?

Here is the link for the attorney to trace the current legal name of GP55 back to prior names...

Thought ERAC had been sued and paid out the ee's regarding the working hours for AM's?

I thought that AM's in California were the ones who won a lawsuit. It is interesting that all AM's were bumped up to level II employees after that verdict.

There are significant differences between the Portuguese spoken in Portugal and the that spoken in Brazil. "Brazilian Portuguese" is a common label to help differentiate the Brazilian dialect.
