They are writing me letters and calling me. I have my CPA certification and just got accepted in grad. school. Not only that right now I have a job as a Executive assistant and I am making 52k.

This their answer:
Dear Cereall,

We regret to hear that you took a position with another company that cannot help you with your career, like Enterprise can. We are here for you and would like you on our team.

About your salary question you will be making $10/hr and commission. When I was in the program I made 67k that first year and quickly got promoted to HR management.

Please reconsider and give me a call personally.

Sincerely,

Laura

Crazy, Crazy isn't? I am was shocked!!!!!!!!! Guys, Thank you thank you so much. It is because of this website that I declined the offer. It was the Maryland office. Before of a lady called Lara.T.Ferraiolo@erac.com and another called Laura they will call you.

When I worked at FF at the airport, there were plenty of times as an Asst. Manager my ARM had asked me to charge the employees an hour or sometimes a 1/2 hour lunch even though they did not take a lunch. I always refused to do it because it would only kill any moral the office had. As much as I hate ECRAP, I still worked with some good people and I refused to penalize their paycheck.

I'm sure someone out there sees your posts. I feel the same way, I use my actual nickname that my BMs gave me at ERAC so that if anyone from 20DD navigates this site, they know how I felt about the company (almost 2 years ago). But then again, I've heard that much of the 20DD admin has turned over since 8/2004!

not too long ago there was a class action suit in grp 32, grp 23, grp 30 and Hawaii that made assistants exempt which meant they punched the clock. i believe this was common in most grps but for us in grp 32 it was different. now mgrs had to pay assts to help on repos (very common in 32), and as far the run forget it, assts were getting paid off the clock and some kind of bonus on revenue. all this from not letting assts go to lunch and making them open and close while bm were out "marketing". give em hour! its the law in ca

I think I remember that lawsuit. When I was in FF, I would get paid hourly until you become an MA but it changed to where an MA would then be paid hourly. The attitute in my region was that if you were an MA, you were close to an Asst. Manager so since they were not paid hourly, neither should an MA.

I notice a severe lacking of grammar skills here.

How about mandatory "flex" time? I loved that one.
