Working through lunch, not getting paid for it

I am frequently not allowed to take lunches with my current position at enterprise. I am also asked to come in early (around 6:45 on mondays) and stay late. All with no benefit to me. I'm not hourly. I'm in management.

What do you mean when you say exempt? I have to go on repos and other after work missions and don't get paid. Thats in addition to the lack of lunches.

Why are you bitching about something only you have total control of. LEAVE. You know the way this company is and works. If you chose to stay aboard and bitch about it then your the only one to blame. Your dealing with a large corporation and the bottom line is they do NOT give a shit about you anymore then a lunch break. So take the break and find something else. Believe you me, there are plenty of other employers out there. Go for it. I found out myself no one wanted to hear me bitch about something I am the only one who had control of and that was the control of finding something that would be more satisfying to me. I DID IT. I'M GONE AND BOY DOES IT FEEL GOOD.

yeah i love working a fucking 11 hour day with no lunch break. when you do take it you feel guilty for you fellow slaves because they are already understaffed with you there. here in hawaii (group36) they try to save money by employing workers from a temp agency...aka crack house! we end up baby sitting fucking meth heads all day and actually having the people drive our customers around. did this company really make 9 billion last year? do other states put up with this kind of shit so their gm can make 1.5 million a year rather than 1.3?? give me a fucking break!
