Working through lunch, not getting paid for it

This was typical in GP32. When I was a BM, I forced my assistant to leave for an hour otherwise, he'd be screwed. Most assistants weren't that lucky.

That's the mentality of ERAC. All the Level IIIs will play ignorant and say "it's the policy of ERAC that everyone gets their lunch." But at the branches it's a different story. If you complain about not getting a lunch and you have a dick manager, which most of them are, then they get mad and say you're not a team player and try and hinder any promotion possibilities. The Level IIIs know this shit goes on but they find it easier to play ignorant than rock the boat and do the right thing.

The reason there are so many cows at ERAC is because they don't get to go to lunch. Instead of going to lunch, Branch Managers would just buy McDonald's, pizza, or whatever fast food they have around their branch for their employees. Couple that with the fact that working at ERAC gives you no time to go to the gym is why there are so many heffers at ERAC.
