amen!!!!

Got news for you kids, whoever told you that lunch is a state-bt-state thing or fed law says this or that is FULL OF SHIT!! Fed law PLAINLY states that over "x" amount of hours.....at least one 30 MIN BREAK!!!!! I live in a state that will screw you in a heartbeat and numerous people here have filed complaints over just that matter. Stop listening to others and call your local Fed labour office.............

They can bank no one would challenge them but they will have the challenge of having their collective asses kicked if you report them outside the company, oh, like the labor department.

Just like a previous poster said regarding lunch breaks and scheduled breaks. (I'll type this slowly.....LUNCH AND OTHER BREAKS FALL UNDER F.E.D.E.R.A.L L.A.W!!!!!!!. NOT state law. If you don't believe this, simply call your local federal labour board and ask. Be warned, the labour board will want to know specific dates!!!!!!!! If your fed up with it all, keep a record of days you get no breaks or lunch, and when you leave the green-machine, file a FORMAL complaint with your local labour office with the dates in question. They will recieve a phone call, and your complaint will be placed on permenent record with the federal office on labour enforcement. If everyone would do this, then when someone sues, their atty can access these record through the court system as evidence

Honey, most Enterpuke employees is very fat so they don't need to eat nothing. I often wonder as I pick up my Weekend Special car from them, why is them so fat? All of em! The gurls the boys they all is fat Fat FAT! All that car scrubbin don't keep them thin???

Why...why...why do you continue to post on this board. We all know you are or were an ERACer. Please stop trying to front as if you are not. Most ERACers are not fat ad are screwed over until the end o the earth. I know you are one of them and just need to own up to your past and get on with it.

The local media may be interested to know about this sort of thing if you can get them some hard documentation that it is going on.

I grant you that it is hard to get a paper trail but it would sure put the pressure on them.
