As I'm sure you polished plenty of knobs to get that job. Perhaps you could polish your spelling skills a tad in 06.

Why is it at Enterprise that your ability to generate immdediate short term profit over the counter is the most important criteria for promotion to management? You do realize, of course, that this just gets you an entire food chain of ass-kissing bullshit artists. You do realize that, don't you?

It's not, this guy's a tool. There are 4 main criteria. ESQi, Retention, Growth and Profitablity. If you first do not have ESQi, you can't be considered....even if the other three are great.

The next comment, I'm sure, is going to have to do with driving bad behavior. In our group we have at least 6 different checks and balances to ensure our ESQi numbers are accurate. It never will be a perfect system but we do our best to ensure the numbers are right.

I'm sure the next comment will be, not in our group! Well, I can only speak of my current group and the groups I've been in...and that's how we did it.

You forgot the other criteria: being a huge ass-kisser, donating half your paycheck to the United Way, spurning your friends and family to go out drinking every night. Did I forget any? BTW what group do you work in, Fantasyland?

But....why do you ONLY pull from your own experience? I'm sorry, bitter pill, but as for the part of how if the manager doesn't have good esqi, they don't get promoted.....Not exactly what I saw and I'm sure that is not what many people all over the country and even the world has seen. I would venture to say that YOUR experience is in the minority and not the other way around as you constantly say. But, what do myself and numerous other people know, huh? We are just generalizing.

And I love how you throw around "we" when describing erac. Bud, if you're not in St. Louis in Andy's "circle of trust" there is no we. You are on the outside and you are simply a means for Erac to make more money. Again, just 'generalization'.

You're right, bitter pill. Your response was much more meaningful.

Last Word is too chicken to say what group he works in because he knows the minute he does there will be a bunch of posts contradicting what he wrote.
