That is the best point I have heard anyone say about Last Word. Next thing you know he/she will start behaving like he/she is above us - acting like a little snobb - and "won't dignify our comments with an answer," or he/she will at least make some comment claiming he/she is better than us and therefore will end the conversation with some snobby remark. Where have I denied that everything you folks post doesn't go on? Show me, please. I disagree with some people mainly in regards to general comments made about the company. Of course I'm going to rely on my 10 years experience in three different groups vs. relying on a disgruntled 4 month MT. I never once stated that everyone has or should have a great experience working for Enterprise. I've just shared my own. If you have a differing opinion and/or experience then so be it.

What's up, bitter pill? Your ten years experience vs a 4 month MT? Wow, man. Have you read like 4 pages of threads? I could probably find 10 years worth of experience at erac in a few posts from a few posters (pretty much negative, by the way). You have just just shared your own experience (with very limited detail as to why you think erac is so great)...yet I have too, as have many others. Plus myself and many others have thrown in some educational knowldge from some real business professionals (not the ones that decide when to throw new car stock on your books, conveniently at 1:59 pm), some critical thinking, and some good ol' fasion common sense. Dude, again I have to ask you...Who do you think is more biased toward your company? The person that has worked there for 10 years and works there currently getting more and more pissed each time someone talks badly about their company (this is you), OR the the 200+and growing on this site alone that have worked there, moved on, have been exposed to a little more to life other than selling DUB and kissing ass, and see erac for what it is...just another big company that cares only of profit, employees be damned.

But don't ya find it rather odd that someone with 10 years of erac experience admits that the shit that is repeatedly mentioned over and over on this site does, in fact go on....yet believes there's really nothing inherantly wrong with the company as a whole? Just an observation, but if the company was as solid and wonderful as you claim it to be, they would have done something about the increasingly familiar things that are repeated over and again on this site. this is bull shit. how bout this, i work in three diff branches on a weekly basis. esqi is #1 for getting promoted right? well i work in one branch more then the others there are only three people who work in this branch. that branch got a super good esqi but since i was logged at a diff branch i was not recognized. i busted my ass for that score and got a slap in the face and 2 6 day weeks in a row. i wonder how many hours i got paid for????

Yeah, contact a lawyer. If he doesn't know anything about class actions, he will enjoin one who does and stay on the case as well. He won't mind splitting that boat load of money with someone who has experience in this kind of case.

OK Group 32 lets organize a class action law suit, I"ve gone three days this week without a lunch break, and I do that several times a week every week. I work just about every weekend. And when I do get a hard earned saturday off it gets taken away from me. NOw there going to make us all go in on our day off and work at the airport. I call Bull shit!!! Lets strike, Lets Sue!!!!!!
