Unfortunately, I must admit that this is a very common practice. erac brainwashes employees to believe that a 'good employee' will do whatever to GROW THE FLEET. I can't tell you how many times I've actually seen those gullible mt's who 'bleed green' offering their free time to get cars. when the group issued the 50hrs/wk max the mngrs didn't know what to do. they were desperate. they did whatever they could to maximize hours. if they knew they would need you til at least 7 they would tell you to take a 2 hour lunch. regardless of whether or not you had plans later, you were totally at their mercy. once you hit your 50 hours you were supposed to go home and if you didn't they would do the ol' "i owe you" thing where they would say they'd give you that time off the following week. This, of course, rarely ever happened.

I too had my timecard changed, but I called my manager on it right away and there was no arguement. I could see he was scared and wasnt' going to argue the point. I have a slight regret of not escalating the issue but I'm no longer with the company so it's no longer my issue. But I would say to any current employees that your time is valuable and you deserve to be paid for the hours you put in. growing the fleet does not grow your paycheck so get paid for your time! don't be dumb!

I also had my timecard changed. At 7:00 am I got a call from an AM I was friends with at another branch. He asked me to come in early and help at his branch, and he would call my BM and tell her I was working there. I showed up to my branch two hours late, after having helped another branch out, to be told if I wanted to be paid I should talk to the AM I was helping, because she certainly wasn't going to have me paid when I wasn't at her branch. It took forever to get that fixed. What a bitch. So much for company unity and seeing the "big picture".

worst offending manager is kim stahl in 24ee she is the most meanspirited backstabbing tank-ass bitch i ever met and when you don't even take a lunch she clocks you out for an hour anyway and if you come back two minutes late from lunch she'll alter your time sheet to mkae it look like you were gone for an hour and 15 minutes all hourly employees you have cell phone cameras so when you clock out for the day take a picture of your timesheet on the screen and/or print the screen to the printer good luck to all those who deal with her

and she is a fake who steals coverage from honest employees who sell it look at her calves and say lose weight you bitch.

The following actions would violate federal labor law:
1) changing an employee's time card to reduce payable hours,
2) not paying overtime pay at a minimum of time and a half for hours in excess of 40 in one work week to workers who are not exempt,
3) not paying an employee for time actually worked.

I do not believe that MTs are exempt as defined by the Department of Labor. So, if you are working through lunch, etc. and are not being paid, you are owed back pay.

After you put your hours in the computer for the week, print the screen and start a folder. Make sure your manager knows you're doing this and you should have no changes.

As far as Kim Stahl goes she is a mean micromanaging backstabbing cunt. I never worked with her and never chilled with the broad but she thinks that he is better than you are. Anyone who works under her watch your timesheets and after checking your own emails log out immediately when leaving your desk as she will go through them while you're away.

As for the weight issues it's not uncommon for women to gain 20-30 lbs. (AKA The ERAC 20) while working for ERAC. She's got more cheese on her ass than the state of Wisconsin. And for the person who wrote about her you need to think and calm down while writing, you don't even use periods and commas.

After that happened to me the 2nd time I started printing my timesheets right after I entered them. It happened again and I told the mgr. we had to have a chat. He tried to worm out of it saying they're had been no changes until I put my print-out on the table............it never happened again.

Yea I remember when I finally decided to quit those fuckers did not pay me my last 3 days. They said they included those 3 days in my last pay check. Too bad my paycheck was the same exact pay as it always was. If they had actually included those 3 extra days then my paycheck would have been worth more money. Those cheap cunts. Enterprise is so fucking cheap. Their computers are old as shit and I believe each computer comes with the Oregon Trail.
