Default My timecard was changed

Hi. My time card has been changed a lot, and I have been scared to say anything. I recently left enterprise last week because of this issue. Last Saturday I worked from 8:30 to 1, and my boss put me from 9-12. I stopped caring about doing my timecard because I knew somebody would mess with it anyways. My mom told me I should look into suing, but I have no documentation. Can I mention this in the exit interview?

Depending on the state you are, this could be a major violation. The higher ups at admin are actually VERY SCARED of this practice. As much as I hate ERAC I know the group/region heads never condone the practice. The problem for them is they promote dipshit immature frat-boys who don't care and Area Managers who are retards who never enforce anything because they only care about running tight. Mention it in your exit interview, at the least you will get whoever changed your timecard in deep shit.

If I remember correctly, there is a way to actually print your timecard after YOU have entered your hours. Then, after the manager approves it, and you notice its changed, print them again - you'll have your documentation. This is highly illegal.

part of me is really scared to do anything. i mean, they are such a big company. to make matters worse, my cousin is married to the groups attorney. do you think i should ask him fo advice? i don't really care about getting money back, i just want them to stop doing this to people.

It is easier just to print the screen.. If you want to pull up changes logged by ralph you would have to go to a level 4 employee.

i always put in my hrs, and, sometimes they arn't even APPROVED!!

i'm a car-prep too!!

i just put in my UN and PW and my hrs, and, there is no ""A"" next to the times i have workd!!

OR.. sometimes.... what i do, i ask my BM to APPROVE THEM and he says to me

""what, you didn't take a lunch""??

SOMETIMES IT'S Almost IMPOSSABLE to take a lunch when your area is soo busy!!

and they say, OH YOU MISSED YOUR LUNCH????....

and they yell at you for it because they EXPECT YOU to take it

EVEN FOR CAR PREPS!!!

Report the timecard changes to your HR manager. I know it's risky but it worked well for me. I documented all of my missed lunches for a month and it scared the hell out of them.

Even if you don't have any documentation you still will be able to persue actions against the company. Or in the very least the people that are changing your timecard will be in deep shit.

I'm in management and I turned in my manager for the very same thing.
