Forced to work unpaid overtime?

I'm sure it wasn't 'official' policy, but it exists and is sort of an unwritten rule. I mean, c'mon. They understaff the branches then they bitch at you about hours?? In my old region..they gripe about hours, yet wouldn't add another body to help out..then when you do setup a flex schedule, they bitch that you will not have enough people in the branch to handle all the business. You cannot win, and they set it up that way. What is the point of that? It doesn't beneift the employees OR the customers. They do that to save as many dimes as possible. JeahHo, your ignorance is unbelievable. How did you NOT notice this going on around you?? Man, you're like an ostich that sticks his head in the sand. You don't notice the realtiy that is right on the surface.

Oh, and as for your noble statement about civility..save it. If everyone posted like you this site would SUCK the sweat off a baboon's balls. How's this for civilty...

I read the post and I know the words he used, but the point was lost on you. Again, this is how you try and win arguments. You focus on precision placement of exact words rather than the message. Yes, I disagree with the words he used, but I understood the point he made. That is why people think you're a girl...Because you argue like one.

I agree, we should stop focusing on what people say and just make our own meaning out of what is said. That makes it much easier to deal with someones tone rather than the message they are trying to convey. His tone is one of Enterprise hatred, so you validate the statement he is making regardless of its accuracy. Good job.
