I think if this person was really making 100k he would not be on this site. He probably has the notion that one day he will be making the big bucks, which now a days is like winning the lottery, and that is why he is talking shit. If he is good for him, but most likly he is making 60k, and rounding up to maintain retention like my old area manager.

I believe him. I think he got one of our most excellent postcards and it reminded him of all the sacrifices he's making just keep getting that income and how pissed he is about his life and how he's not sure it's all worth it. He has doubts and now those doubts are starting to resonate and grow and it's going to be harder for him to bleed green. That's got to be difficult.

He's pissed because we're making it harder for him to force himself to stay with Enterprise.

He'll crack and then he'll be back.

You might want to consider capitalizing the first letter of your sentences there; they'd be easier to read.
