I think it's hilarious how complete strangers come here every day and get all mad at each other because someone says something to them or calls them some stupid name. Why would anyone let a comment made by a complete stranger that they will never meet on some random online discussion board that does not play an integral role in their life bother them so? I also find it funny that these same strangers feel the need to boast about how much money they make, how big of a house they have, how fancy a car they drive, how much education they have achieved, and how far they made it up the ladder at some company. The only people they are truly trying to convince is themselves and the reason they are trying so hard is to appease their own insecurity.

Since I've been coming to this site, I've learned two main things. Big business cares only about money and will never change & there are lot of insecure people that frequent discussion boards.
I think you meant to say 'there are alot of insecure people that frequent AND OPERATE discussion boards'.
I enjoy how ????? has gone into hiding again, or maybe he's just finally found a life. Sucks to be all of the minions that tag along on his ass hairs all day, he might be gone for good! (It must have been the overwhelming results from the poll)

I think he is just posting as "unregistered", or maybe he has created a new site to occupy his time.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's posing as a customer from time to time too. The way some of the "customers" describe their stories are all so similar, describing many of the EXACT same things. I know enterprise screws up a lot, but I think certain people on this board play off that and fabricate bullshit stories to try and validate their points or get a rise out of everyone.

In all honesty, we all have had bad experiences with businesses at some point in our lives, but how many of us have been motivated enough to hunt for that company on the internet to search for some explanation as to why we were wronged? Most normal or semi-normal people just chalk it up as crap service and move on. I find it hard to believe that many of the "customers" that come here are actual customers that demand answers. I think a lot of those are just made up by erac haters or Barr Barr to try and show how this site is making such a huge impact on our planet.

This site attracts former and current erac employees with an occasional customer from time to time. Most people that never worked at erac don't care nearly as much as Barr Barr thinks. They have no tie or relationship with erac other than being a customer here and there. Your average customer has better things to do with their time than search out a company that gave them some bad service. If everyone did that, the internet would implode.

Ditto on the concurrence, concurring, er, I agree. The fact that this board is so big is based in a large part by how large Erac is. There are so many former employees, that it cannot help but be a big draw. If you had a website for University of Southern Cal alumni, it would achieve the same affect. The reality is, if you look at the posts and threads , very few really have anything to do with a customer complaining. It's mostly crap about how so and so sucks, or why my paycheck was off, or the pay sucks.
