I wonder if the upper mgt and owners can read.

Given the level of illiteracy prevalent amongst Area Managers, I would doubt it.

"I am not trying to be a snob, or "bleading green" by any means at all. I'm defending my job. I do wash cars. I do work hard. I don't scam people. I try to give the community a true service. If you all hate Enterprise that much and think it is ran to such in perfection, why not give the rental industry a go?"

There's nothing "dishonorable" about washing cars for a living, and I don't deny that you work hard. Washing cars is hard work - I know. I detest washing my own car and don't do it as often as I should. I just don't understand why your company makes you wash cars in inappropriate clothing. It's almost like they're trying to project something that's false. I can only speak for myself, but I'd be sort of humiliated having to stand there and wash cars wearing a suit or dress. If they want you to do this kind of job, then perhaps they should provide you with appropriate clothing with their logo on it. But - I see you people washing cars in suits and I don't know whether to laugh (because I'm sorry, but it looks ridiculous) or cry for you because it seems so humiliating to me.

P.S. It's spelling "bleeding" - not "bleading".

What ERAC wants is a little more dub sold....if you don't mind too much! Sell some dub and maybe you won't have to wash so many cars!!!

I don't work for Enterprise so I don't know what this means. What is "dub"?

"Change the dress code to represent exactly what we do(rent cars)."

Incase you didn't know youre real job is not to "rent cars" it's to learn how to run a business effectively. If you can't hack it at the bottom i.e washing cars you won't ever be able to hack it at the top i.e closing a deal.

You people are just big babies grow up. Not everything in life is handed to you on a silver platter go get what you want in life. If that's going to work for another company then great make it happen with that company.

Don't bash a company for making you work hard for what you get......

All of you people act if being an employee at Enterprise takes no intellectual abilities at all. Even at the MT stages of being at Enterprise, you learn everything there is to run a business. If working as an Enterprise employee takes no ability at all, then why is the Enterprise employee one of the most sought out employees by other companies? Why does Enterprise rate in the top five every year for college graduates to start their careers?

I'm sure you all would blow the 9 Billion dollar company out of the water.

Oh my, I actually want to have a debate with you on national television on these topics. I have been an MT, MA, AM, BM, and ARM and now I own a small business. Please do not come on this site and say that ERAC does everything to prepare you to run your own business. ERAC rental is a SALES JOB. Tell me, does ERAC teach you about incorporating your "business" and formulating your business plan/strategy? What about developing a compensation plan for your employees? How about legal issues regarding purchases you make with your "business?"

Regarding ERAC being in the top five for college recruiting every year, the fact of the matter is this: Enterprise has one of the best staffing programs there is. They HAVE TO because of such HIGH TURNOVER! Think about this; if ERAC were such a great company then why such a high attrition rate? Other companies (mostly staffing companies like mine :) seek Enterprise employees because they have gone through a great sales training program. Also, beside the kool-aid drinkers like yourself, most hate their jobs would like to earn more money. It is an easy sell.

In this company, far too often the shit will float right to the top and the best employees will leave for greener pastures.

Also, you should be arrested for the intellectual ability comment you made. That is a blatant lie. You need NO intellect to work as a damage waiver pusher at ERAC.

Btw, you don't scam people? Have you sold PAI to someone with auto insurance? If yes, you have scammed them.

Let me know when you would like to find a better job with a real company.
