Turns out my area manager who hated me looked up my employer's info and faxed my entire disciplinary record to the HR department. I was questioned by my HR department at my new company about my application and interview. Within weeks I was put on probation, and fired due to "integrity issues." |

| Sue everyone, right down to individual people!!! Did you remember to check off "Do Not Contact" for ERAC on "Job History?" Can you prove it was your area manager who faxed those documents to your Human Resources department? And is your current company fighting your unemployment claim? You must've been hated for some E-Chimp to do that and for your current company to fire you for actions you did at your previous company. Something doesn't add up here... |

Also, if the fax number is one from ERAC, and you didn't authorize the release of your info, or didn't authorize your current employer to contact them, then you may have a case. May not hurt to ask a lawyer just to see what is possible. That AM needs to be stopped in his tracks, before he decides to write up other people he has a grudge against, then cause them trouble at their new employer. |

| I spoke to an attorney, taking her advice she told me NOT to speak to anyone associated with ERAC and the employer who canned me, this includes current and former employees of both. For ERAC or any company to fax my entire disciplinary record to my new employer's HR is low even for them. They worded things in such a way it makes me look racist, unethical, and undependable as an employee. Thank goodness my current employer didn't fight my unemployment claim and I'm getting my benefits. |

| Why should ERAC even care about former employees and where they go? Your area manager needs either psychiatric counseling or needs to get laid. He should've been happy you were gone and let it be instead of wasting company time to make your life hell. Then again if you fought with coworkers, made racist jokes, were not dependable, hey man, your fault. Whatever the writeups were for you can't act like you didn't do anything wrong. I heard of upper management also causing trouble for current employees looking to go back to school, probably why ERAC has been banned from recruiting on college campuses. |
| |||
| When did this happen? I didn't know they had been banned. |

| I went to an alumni function at my old college and when I mentioned ERAC being where I started to a current student I was pulled aside by the career services rep and was told "ERAC has been banned from recruiting at their university, don't mention them again." I don't know if ERAC has been banned at other schools but they've been banned from mine. I haven't worked for this armpit of a company for three years so a lot could've changed in that period of time. |
