hi i had a similar story also during a holiday weekend...i wrote a 5 page complaint letter and emailed it to the VP and Pres of enterprise saying i had NO intention of paying the bill...i was told my someone who said that if you complain enough to all the higher ups they will drop your case..and in my letter i wrote everyones name who i came across who hung up on me and gave a runaround holding nothing back...the day after i emailed the letter to the Pres i got a call from a very apologetic woman saying the case was now dismissed...just tell them loud and clear they lost a customer and how you will spread the word how bad of a company is etc and that you are going to the media and BBB

i emailed the branch manager, area manager, and most importantly the vice pres holly.b.campbell@erac and the president andrew.c.taylor@erac . Belive it or not it was the pres. who forwarded the email to the lady at the administrative off who called me !
