Even if video is found of the Husseins hosting a pre-mission farewell dinner for the 9/11 hijackers, the left will discount it. They have assumed the same stance (and status) as the Holocaust deniers.
You have pulled some random quotes that attempt to make your point - please refer to the following which quotes the 9/11 commission which was commissioned by the president that contridicts much of what Bush and Cheney have been saying for 5 years.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...2004Jun16.html

It's titled Al-Qaeda-Hussien Link Dismissed.

Hussien and Bin Laden both hate America but it doesn't mean they worked together.

Please do not let the facts get in the way of your beliefs.

Now don't you have to get back supporting a constitutional amendment by your religious president to discriminate against the gay population.

Didn't you learn anything from slavery and segregation?

By the way, I'm watching football on Sunday too! The only baking will be what my wife makes me for dinner!

(For the record, I used to share the same beliefs as you, Marble. A series of events took place to make me reconsider, and I honestly feel a whole lot better emotionally, spiritually, and physically since I found it. I respect your beliefs and would never tell you different.)
1) The purpose of my parents was to raise me to be a good, honest person and they never needed the fear of hell to do it.

2) Your wife is making dinner while you sit around. That's typical of what the Bible teaches and I am glad she knows her place. (sarcasm)

3) A near death experience over 10 years ago solidified my faith in myself to achieve everything I want without relying on spirits, hymns and tithing.

Important request from the Department of Homeland Security!

We all know that it is a sin for an Islamic male to see any woman other
than his wife naked, and that he must commit suicide if he does. So next
Sunday at 4:00 PM Eastern time, all American women are asked to walk out of
their house completely naked to help weed out any neighborhood terrorists.
Circling your block for one hour is recommended for this antiterrorist
effort.
All men are to position themselves in lawn chairs in front of their house
to prove they are not terrorists, and to demonstrate that they think its
okay to see nude women other than their wife and to show support for all
American women. And since the Koran also does not approve of alcohol, a
cold six-pack at your side is further proof of your antiterrorist
sentiment.

The American Government appreciates your efforts to root out
terrorists and applauds your participation in this antiterrorist activity.
God bless America and GOD BLESS AMERICAN WOMEN!

Even if we tracked back creation to be the big bang would not any creation need a creator. Marble and Reality you guys often post as being these deep thinkers, but tell me how the law "of which anything created must have a creator" be broken? A house must have a builder, a book must have an author a universe no matter how it was formed must have a creator.

You guys just like to make these comments and I think you do them so you can make yourself feel smart.

The fact that you have taken this religious back and forth so seriously and have contemplated this stuff so much proves my point. Religion is such a stupid thing to argue/worry about. Who gives a shit if there is some creator or not? What if being a human is the actually the third level of an unending cycle of souls? What if all humans souls were once in the bodies of dinosaurs? Then when those reptiles died, we moved onto level 2: random animals....fish, insects, lions, tigers, bears oh my? Then when our animal form died, our soul was placed in the body of a human. After we die, then maybe we move onto level 4: some kind of alien species. Maybe existence is one big game of reaching the next level. Who knows? The point is no one knows? So why argue about it? Religions triy to provide answers to these questions when, in reality, there are no answers.

And, speaking for myself, I'm not trying to be some "deep thinker" or trying make myself feel smart. I open my eyes every day and just call shit the way I see it. Maybe you just overcomplciate uncomplicated things.

Here's an explaination - the earth had water and soil and sun and an atmosphere. Bacteria or ameba came on a meteror or was already here and through millions of years of growth and evolution, organisms grew and expanded. The beginning of life...
This is millions of years we are talking about.. not 5 which seem like alot to humans..just look at the world changes in the last 200 years.

There doesn't have to be a God pulling the strings, it could just be nature. And just because somewthing is currently unexplainable doesn't mean I have to fill in the blanks with 'silly' stories about Eden and Arks and spirits.
Each and every day scientists and acheologists are uncovering secrets of the Earth's origin. We know more today than 10 years ago and we will know even more 10 years from know. I am patient and hopefully I will be even more enlightened before I die.
The religious version of events anwers all the questions but the stories show to be outrageous fairy tales.
My version of events answer some questions and other versions evolve over time. As I said I am patient.

It's time to open your mind. I have looked at your version and decided it was not plausible.
You refuse to look at any other version.

And yours is plausible...........? Like everyone in this world that believes in a higher power has never thought to think what if they didn't exist. Your still didn't answer the question who made the meteor who made the soil....eventually something needed to be created.
But lets take your science theory and put it into practice. No religion no rules or morals to follow. Morality would become subjective science would take over "the survival would come from the fittess" When survival of the fittess is put into practice you wine and moan about the US being in everyone's business. So now I ask you what is wrong with the US if they are the fittess going by your standards why do you moan about what they do. Technically their action aren't immoral or wrong, because judgement would be subjective no real right or wrong. The new golden rule would be "he who has the gold makes the rules"
You have such a problem with the US does but you should just shut your mouth about it because who's to say they are wrong? You maybe Marble Cheese can take the Religous morals out and you can right them.
Karl Marx really thought he did a great job creating a political system by removing God from it. It didn't last too long.

You try to say this smart things these simple retorts but you never think them through. You my friend should be thankful that other people actually believe in God.
