It's true, that piece of shit Rich Lordi was fired for insubordination. Was told not to do something and did it anyway thinking he was so high and mighty. And he finished like every other arrogant asshole in this company - on the phone with the unemployment office.

I found out about this site because I was told about it. Everyone on here throwing around Rich Lordi's name needs to get their facts straight and get a life at the same time. The only pieces of shit are the ones on here talking shit. You all probably suck at what you do or got fired yourselves and are bitter now. I'm not even in this business let alone this company but I know enough people and I know the operating profit at the branch he worked at has dropped dramatically. Was at 155 a car now it's 40. So I see the problem is he was better at what he did than most people who worked there and envy is a deadly sin. And let's stop with the "I'd kick his ass if I could" because I'll fuck everyone up who wants to take it there. I would just like to make a comment as I was sexually harassed by more than one manager while working at Enterprise. Everything that happened was brushed under the rug and when I finally decided to give my 2 weeks notice my HR Manager said that no one else had filed a complaint about my sexually harassing manager, I knew what he was getting at and I am ashamed that I spent the first year out of college working for this company. It is truly an unethical company that lies to its customers frequently. For anyone thinking about joining this company, I strongly suggest you think about whether or not you want to be a glorified car prep!

Enterprise will take the managers side over anyone beneath. If you are not a manager you do not have a voice, even if you CLEARLY work harder and have more dedication.

OPEN YOUR EYES ENTERPRISE! You give way too many managers, who have no business being a manager, too much power!

You should put this person who harrassed you on this website, give him his own thread and see what others say about him. You might be surprised and also by listing his full name, corporate in St. Louis will become aware of him.

What about a female branch manager fucking a male mt to correct his misgivings? My buddy told me I might have a lawsuit. She would make me stay late and would always guilt me into filling in for anyone who called in sick on saturdays. Yea I was getting pussy but deep down knew I was getting used and abused.

In Atlanta, there was this ARM creep named Mike <redacted by Admin> that did the same exact thing...only to male employees. Complaints were made to RVP Alan <redacted by Admin>, as well as HR Rep. Guess what?!? All these fine ERAC employees were eventually asked to resign or get fired. Don't know if it was over this incident, though. The ARM in question even got beat up in a grocery store parking lot by a former BM about 3 months after his resignation. Don't know if it was an attempted love trist gone sour, but the former BM was cleared of any wrongdoing. This former ARM, whose initials are MRD, has since left Georgia with a criminal record of attempted assault and battery. That is hilarious considering that MRD got his ass kicked. There is a previous thread about this scumbag in the "retaliation" section. Apparently, someone other than myself knows about this.

I gotta believe this guy's goofing on Enterprise...Andy's about as Jewish as George Bush, and as about as effective as our former President, in terms of leadership. Doug Brown was Jewish, but unforntunately got aced out by Jack's son back in the '70s to head up the company...Doug would've been great, and I don't think this company would be in the toilet if he were in charge.
