Default 50 million tree pledge

So how come nobody on here has brought up ERAC's latest feel good ad? 50 million tree pledge is a big deal and I wonder when employees are gonna have time to plant 50 million trees between all the drinking, sex, and depressing workday at their local office?

I'm sure ERAC will outsource the work to a temp agency.

So what you should say is that any self-respecting person should leave their job with ERAC and apply for work at said temp agency to plant trees. It's more dignified to plant trees then rent cars.

1 question. Will the tree planters under contract with ERAC be required to plant while wearing a suit?

INSTEAD OF PLANTING 50 MILLION FRIGGIN' TREES, WHY DON'T YOU PAY YOUR PEOPLE A LIVABLE WAGE?

Underpaying employees has little (if anything) to do with the 50 million tree pledge.

I hate ERAC as much as the next guy and I would normally not defend the company, but I actually think that the 50 million tree pledge is quite admirable.

Consider how much pollution is generated by all the cars Enterprise rents. Doing something to offset that pollution is a very responsible and benevolent act.

Granted, they are getting some public relations mileage out of it, but that's just smart business. I'd do the same thing if I were in charge.

Bottom line is, they didn't have to spend that money planting trees. Andy Taylor could have just lined his pockets even more, but he did something good for all of us. Props.

I agree. I bet ERAC gets some rental monkeys to do the planting on their only day off though.

That's like saying a rapist does a good thing by slipping a condom on before he rapes your mother.

Rental apes are incapable of planting a tree. They are only good to fetch Taurus'!
